"Your newsletters have allowed me a calmness and assurance regarding the economic future
that I don't see in any one (save the person who recommended your newsletter to me).
I literally go to bed every single night not worried about my savings

These days, financial, market, and economic information is not cheap - it's free. There's never been so much of it so easily available. But what does it all mean?

A million websites will tell you what your stock or bond or currency market closed at today. Thousands of them will give you hundreds of different reasons why it went up, or down, or sideways. Many even claim to know what it will do next week, or next month.

If the future was certain, there would be no investment markets and no investment newsletters. It isn't, so there are. The question is, what are you looking for in a financial newsletter?

Quality?

See for yourself. You can judge us by the content of this website, or you can read what our subscribers think of us. You can also get a free issue, or a trial subscription.

Content?

We choose the most important economic, financial, political and market events, and we analyse them - in depth. Technical and market data is on the Subscribers' Pages.

Coverage?

The Privateer is a global newsletter, based in Aussie! Australia. It is far easier not to be blinded by the U.S. media when you're not living right in the middle of it.

Value?

Our Subscription costs are amongst the lowest you will find. And since we bill in Australian Dollars, you may find them hard to resist.

Longevity?

We are now in our twenty-fourth year, having been publishing since October 1984. We published our 500th issue on May 2, 2004. In all that time, we have never missed an issue, so you won't either.
